Option 1: Easy shirt pick up
Get your bib mailed to your registered address for $2.99. Then, bring you bib on race day and simply pick up your event shirt before or after the race at your convenience. Safety pins will be provided on event day. Must order before 11:59 p.m. on 5/6/18.

Gilda’s Club Louisville
Celebrating 10 years of providing free social and emotional support to those living with cancer in our community, Gilda’s Club recognizes the need of all individuals whose lives have been altered by cancer, whether patients, survivors, care givers or family members. Our mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.
A finisher rose will be awarded to every participant in the 5K.
A winner medal will be awarded to the top 3 participants, male and female, in each age group and overall for the 5K.
Participant must be present on event day to receive medals.
Every Kids Dash participant receives a finishers ribbon!
Age Categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
If you do not pick up your medal there will be a $5 fee to have it mailed to you. Post race medal request registration.
Join the fun as a volunteer. All volunteers receive a free event shirt. Volunteers can help with water stations, course marshaling, registration or similar
The 5K event is chip timed. Your “chip” is integrated with your bib. You must wear your bib visibly on your front across your stomach to be electronically timed.
If you ordered your race packet to be mailed to you, it will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the event. It will be sent to the address you entered in during registration. If your package does not arrive before event day, please come to packet pick up or the event site where you will be re-assigned your bib and gear.

Runners and walkers can participate in this event as long as the participant can finish within the event time limit, see schedule above.
All participants are required to read and sign the event waiver form.
It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear, see, sense, and detect present or potential hazards and dangers. Therefore earbuds/headphones are strongly not recommended
If at any time you are in need of assistance throughout the event please notify a volunteer or course monitor.
No dogs. Strollers are allowed for walkers only after all other runners and walkers have started. Children in strollers must be wearing helmets.
The event will start rain, snow or shine. The event could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. Above schedule is weather dependent. Trail conditions could be variable.
There is no gear check at this event.
You can transfer to a different distance within the same race up to 3 days before the event. If you are transferring to a more expensive race you’ll have to pay the difference of the registration fees.
You can transfer your registration/bib # to another participant for $6 up to 3 days before the event.
You can defer your registration to next year’s race or any other All Community Event’s race for $6 up to 17 days before the event. After that, you can still defer for $15 until the day prior to packet pick up. Please send us an e-mail to request a deferment.
You can manage your event shirt size and any other add-ons up to 10 days before the event.

*We may not be in the office on Mondays or Fridays due to being on-site for events.
